1. Educating & Inspiring young people at school, teachers & parents about the Hospitality industry.

2. Teaching & training unemployed people and people looking to join Hospitality as a career or job, with the appropriate skills & knowledge they need.

3. Engaging with hospitality employers & businesses to build a relevant & appropriate skills framework for their employees.

The Hospitality Academy framework is being developed by Hospitality employers for Hospitality employers ensuring that training is entirely suited to the industry’s needs.

Moving 4Ward

Funded under the GLA’s new UK Shared Prosperity Fund – Support for Young Londoners initiative, Moving 4Ward is delivered by Rinova in both London Central and North and East London.The Moving 4Ward project targets young people who are NEET ( not in education, employment or training ) and considered to be at particular disadvantage, including insecure or disrupted housing and SEND. Early Connect

Early Connect London Pilot is a unique pilot being delivered by Rinova Ltd and Inspire EBP across London in partnership with the Greater London Authority (GLA), the Department for Education and UCAS, aiming to support more young people onto apprenticeships, and to make it easier for employers to find apprentices.

DTour

This Erasmus + project focuses on digitalisation in Tourism & Hospitality in the UK & Europe. With digitalisation already a feature for a number of businesses within the sector, post-Covid 19 pandemic and the lack of employees being attracted to the industry, this trend is set to continue and at a more rapid pace.

Skills Swap

Skills Swap is an Erasmus + funded project seeking to support employers in the Hospitality sector to share skills, knowledge and expertise through ‘skill swapping’. The idea is that employers share knowledge and expertise with each other, educate each other’s employees by sharing their knowledge base.

Hospitality Pathways for Employers

Co-designed with representatives from the industry here in the UK and across Europe, our Hospitality Pathways Business Advisors, will deliver a full range of support, practical training, innovative interventions and business solutions to assist Sector employers with all of their business. This project is now closed but we continue to work with employers and continue to welcome new employers into our network and to take part on our Employer Advisory Board.

Head 2Work

Aimed at moving young people into employment across Sectors ( including but not exclusively hospitality), the Head 2Work programme supports 18-24 year olds who are currently not in employment, education or training.

Hospitality Pathways for Employees

To encourage equal access to lifelong learning for a minimum of 3587 people in the capital, currently employed or wishing to enter the hospitality industry, via a network of 200+ Sector SME’s supported by the project.

Progress into Hospitality

Aimed at progressing unemployed and economically inactive young people and adults into inspiring, sustainable careers in hospitality, tourism, recreation, leisure and a host of allied industries that support these sectors. This is project is now closed.

Pan Out2

Following on from the very successful Panout ( www.panoutlondon.co.uk), Panout2 will continue to raise the profile of the hospitality, tourism and leisure industries as exciting paths for career progression.

This project is now closed but we continue to work with schools to raise the profile of the industry.
