This Erasmus + project focuses on digitalisation in Tourism & Hospitality in the UK & Europe. With digitalisation already a feature for a number of businesses within the sector, post-Covid 19 pandemic and the lack of employees being attracted to the industry, this trend is set to continue and at a more rapid pace.

Skills Swap

Skills Swap is an Erasmus + funded project seeking to support employers in the Hospitality sector to share skills, knowledge and expertise through ‘skill swapping’. The idea is that employers share knowledge and expertise with each other, educate each other’s employees by sharing their knowledge base.


Head2Work gets under way

In January this year Rinova successfully bid for and became one of just two organisations in London delivering the Greater London Authority’s Head2Work project which is funded under the GLA’s ESF 2014-20 co-financing programme.

Aimed at moving young people into employment across Sectors ( including but not exclusively hospitality), the Head 2Work programme supports 18-24 year olds who are currently not in employment, education or training.
